David Perron works with companies of every size and sector on the adoption of artificial intelligence: setting an AI strategy, steering adoption, training teams, and automating the tasks that weigh on day-to-day work. Aequitas Consultus is referenced by France Num, the French public scheme for the digital transformation of businesses.
He has also kept an advisory line drawn from his career: guiding large companies, including fintechs, as they enter new markets, Europe in particular, and building their go-to-market business plans. He is also called upon as an advisor by consulting firms.
He holds an Executive Master in Artificial Intelligence from Mines-Télécom BS, alongside a master's degree in international finance and a master's degree in corporate finance, and he puts his experience to work in the service of an operational use of AI: programmes built on participants' real cases, agents assembled live in the session, and automations designed to run on their own. Humans create, AI generates: that principle runs through everything he does.
Earlier in his career, at JPMorgan, Barclays and HSBC, he led international financing activities. Each new role came with the same mandate, to grow the client base and the revenue line, and he delivered. Among other milestones, he created and structured the first programme for assigning tax receivables owed by the French State.
He is a deeptech advisor within the Tango programme, run by Bpifrance's Deeptech Directorate. He is also an independent expert registered with the European Commission for project evaluation. LinkedIn Learning has also approached him as an expert for a course on AI in banking, due for release in late July 2026.
From that career he draws the conviction that guides his work: artificial intelligence creates value only when teams take ownership of it and build it into the way they work. His aim is to democratise the practice of artificial intelligence and make it accessible, so that it is experienced as an opportunity. The whole point is to tame AI and make it an ally of daily work.
A long-held conviction stays with him: access to information is the condition of free will.
